Platford Ltd, have carried out a variety of work for us at our home in Tenterden, Kent. Iain and his team replaced our patio to the rear of the house laying out sandstone paving slabs in an area 40fy x 50ft, incorporating a circular pattern in the centre. Iain also installed a cattleproof fence with rabbit proofing wire along along the southern and western border of the property.

These fences enclose a one acre plot of land. He carried out the work and tidies up everything at the end of the job. We were very impressed with the work. He also removed a large hedge at the front of the house and dug out the roots, so we could put in a new fence and a flower border.

Iain built us a fruit. Cage in orchard. It measures about 5M x 5M. He put it in and cemented 4” oak posts and covered the entire enclosure with netting.

He also completely renewed our land drains as the clay pipes had completely collapsed. This included digging a ditch across the main access lane and clearing the ditch so the water from the drains into the ditch. The latter was a huge job which Iain carried out excellently.

We would have no reservations regarding recommending Iain to other customers. He carried out all the work over the last 4 years in good time and at very competitive prices.

We have used Platford Contractors for site works on various School projects over many years and have found them to be reliable, efficient and tidy on site.
